Senior Managment

Peter Henthorn, President & CEO | Peter.Henthorn@profitmotivatorsintl.com Peter is President and founder of Profit Motivators International. He started the company in 1980 in Dallas, Texas. Prior to PMI, Peter was the Vice President and Internal Operations Consultant for two years at National Bank of Commerce in Dallas. Before joining National Bank of Commerce, Peter was the Regional Operations Project Manager for a major financial consulting firm in Dallas. Peter graduated from West Texas A&M University in 1969. He also attended Amarillo Junior College, Pan American University, and the University of Brussels, Belgium. In 1990 he received his CPCM (Certified Professional Consultant to Management). During his consulting career, Peter has successfully implemented projects with more than 300 financial institutions, insurance companies, universities and city governments.

John Konrade, Senior Vice-President | John.Konrade@profitmotivatorsintl.com Helping financial institutions improve efficiency with PMI since 1984, John knows firsthand the challenges of bank operations. Prior to joining PMI, John served as Vice President of Operations for a successful community bank in Kansas. John graduated in 1976 with a BBA in both Accounting and Finance from Washburn University of Topeka. John began his banking career as an internal auditor for a major regional bank holding company. John has been one of our senior analysts on more than 100 projects with organizations ranging in size up to $6 billion. The projects have included staff management control, cash/funds management, pricing of services, fee income improvement, salary administration, data processing, consolidation and standardization, planning/implementing, scheduling and through-put analysis.
